Nice decor in the rooms

Only two bath towels l, no floor towels or hand towels so wet slippery floor. Gym was a bit tired.

Hard bed

The room and bed were both large and comfortable and with the hotel located in a small shopping mall with several restaurants it is very convenient for dinning.

The hotel is getting tired with several minor issues in the bedroom, one of the window catches was damaged and could not be securely fastened, the towel rail in the bathroom fell off the wall at one end and even the door panel was loose. Oddly the bedside lamps had the wrong plugs for the sockets? However our main issue was the lack of a room safe, which both booking.com and the hotel’s own leaflet state is fitted! We had noted that most of the negative comments were about breakfast, which puzzled us until the last day when arriving 90 minutes before breakfast finished found that there was no milk available. When we asked for this we were told that there was none, fortunately the receptionist had the good sense to instruct the restaurant staff to go down three floors and buy some in the supermarket! Unfortunately the coffee was also cool as the heater internet the urne was not lit!

The room was spacious clean and well appointed.The bed was exceptional comfortable,ensuring a restful night sleep.The breakfast is exceptional .

The housekeeping is horrible. The manager is always dodging requests, never willing to face you.

Everything OK, but unfortunately very pure WIFI connection

The apartment was located next to the mall so it was very convenient. It was very spacious for a family of 6 but it could probably accommodate more people since the beds were all same size in every room.

Microwave stinks. Room adjacent to kitchen also had a smell. One of the toilet's shower cabin seems to have poor drainage because water pools after a shower.
