The White Hart, Wroughton

The room was very clean and had everything needed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were really friendly.

Nothing. Everything was great. Maybe the option to get meal on the Sunday night would have been welcome, but we found a good alternative.

The pub and the food (especially breakfast) were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable despite the heat of the room.

The room was disappointing in a dark corner of the grounds behind the kitchen and separate from the pub. The patio doors were 2 feet away from a high wall and we couldn’t open them to let in air as we have a dog and it could have escaped the property as it wasn’t enclosed. So it was unbearably hot despite having a fan. The loo hadn’t seen a brush in years. It wasn’t good. And the other bathroom fittings were grubby too. Such a shame as the team were lovely and the pub was great, with excellent food. Despite its ideal location in Wiltshire, so close to both the M4 and Avebury, we would not book again. Sorry folks!
