Reasonable price, and a nice looking traditional wooden house.

We had a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom had only a tiny window up high, so it was a bit claustrophobic. The kitchen had no windows as it was in the center of the house, so it wasn't a place to sit an enjoy. However the main bedroom had great windows and space, so you could just sit there and not use the bedroom and kitchen more than necessary.

All necessary things were provided. Close to the beach. Parking provided.

The toilet pot needs fixing- not in place, leaks water. One bedroom needs mattress change, smells bad. Also maybe change the lock on the room. looks suspicious.

Apartments in the city center, only 300m from the Jomas street and 800m from the beach (by foot). Not big but cozy apartments that have everything you need for short stay in Jūrmala: free ground coffee, good Wi-Fi, bathroom, towels, bedding, el. heater, small kitchen area with kettle, fridge with freezer, el. hob, dishes etc. Also, private parking area, garden with some outdoor furniture, grill. Very pleasant staff!

Very noisy location, between the railway (at night the room trembles from a passing train and even wakes up) and the main traffic street (heavy car traffic). Steep stairs to the 2nd floor. No TV in the room or not working, no tap in the kitchen area. In our apartments shower cab was very unstable and there were no shelves in the bathroom (were missing, maybe broken). The apartment lacks just some minor repairs and everything would be perfect.

Everything was clean and nice. Good location.

You can hear some noises from the passing trains and street, but it didn't disturb me much.

Perfect location. Very convenient and fast check-in. Spacious room. Kitchenette. Free parking. Free coffee :)

Bathroom needs renovation (floor tiles and shower cabin). Also it would be great if there was a broom in a room (especially for longer stay), because at the moment everyday cleaning is not provided.

Everything was fine. Very nice place, clean and cozy rooms. Not far from the seaside and main street- Jomas. Very helpful staff. Will recommend this place to my friends.
