The location is excellent - close to the beach and next to the village. It was quiet and comfortable.
Staff, rooms, food - everything was very good and we were very satisfied.
When we arrived, we got only 2 sets of towels and bedsheets for 1 bed only, despite the direct order for a room for 3 adults. It was later delivered after phone request.
On the second day, half of our towels disappeared after the cleaning. We've learned about that, when returned from a trip and were very confused and tired. We went to bed because it was late, then some guy brought the towels afer 22:00 when we were sleeping already.
Sofa wasn't very comfortable to sleep.

From the beginning to the end, the staff on reception were so helpful,nothing was too much trouble and as I was travelling alone I must say I was nervous,The staff were all friendly,the breakfast was sensational, there was so much to do and even though I am not a surfer which this area is suited for, the place had everything,plenty of open spaces to enjoy the sun,right on the beach.I cant find any fault with this property the staff were so attentive.
I will be returning
I would have liked a nice glass of white wine,I did miss having my glass or two, but it didnt affect my stay

A hotel that feels different from all the others. It gives you the impression that it is Connected to the surrounding nature.
Some facilities need to be improved like the game room.

Die Lage und die Anlage sind schön, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Türen schließen nicht richtig, der Venylboden löst sich. Alles wird nur noch mit Farbe zusammen gehalten. Die Stühle und Stuhlbezüge im Restaurant Bougainvillea im Außenbereich sind wirklich eklig, man möchte sie gar nicht anfassen. Ich hatte mir Radisson einen gewissen Qualitätsstandard verbunden. Dem ist hier nicht so.
