Fridge not clean Walls and curtains need refresh Air con in second bedroom no Remote to operate Wi fi unable to connect to phone and the tv so not able to log into Netflix Hot water didn’t have regulator - boiling and dangerous Work trucks parked in lane way made it a challenge to get in and out of garage Garage remote held together by sticky tape No greenery in the courtyard - not inviting space Single beds hard Pillows either too hard or too soft Lamps in second room falling apart Grout around tiles needs a good clean

Plenty of space at the property and pretty well equipped for a holiday let. Great to have a lock up garage.

Wasn't very clean (used spaces and linen etc were clean but the property in general needed a good clean and dust) and wifi not great.

It was spacious

The property is not at the address as published. The property was for six people and had coffee, sugar and 1 tea bag. Has a flat screen TV in the upper double room that doesn’t work. Wifi connection didn’t work, red carpet in upper double bedroom deeply stained and covered in hair and cotton threads. Couldn’t phone with complaints as wifi not working and the given address was too far to walk after a 5 hour drive.

Location was great and the apartment had a lot of space. The lock up garage was a positive.

The TV and heating/cooling remotes didn’t work. The spa didn’t work. While we could connect to the internet, it was so slow we couldn’t actually use it for anything. We found alcohol bottles/cans left throughout the property and rubbish in the bathroom. There are lots of marks on the wall.

multiple water stains on roof area looks a little shabby. heater was a little hard to work

Good layout and large enough to accommodate 6 adults had everything we needed.

Just a little on the dusty side. Could use a proper clean although not dirty just needed a fine detail.

Sue was exceptional help - the space was amazing - just what we needed after a long day on the road. We will return for a longer stay sometime.
