La camera era molto pulita. Vi è un ampio parcheggio all'aperto e l'hotel è molto vicino ai punti di interesse religiosi e sanitari. La colazione è ottima e si può gustare presso la struttura principale, dove si può anche usufruire di un ottimo ristorante.
Il servizio di reception è svolto dall'hotel principale, visto che questo è considerato una depandance, che dista 50 metri, però devo dire che telefonando al numero che ti viene dato, rispondono subito e si attivano prontamente.

very clean, comfortable bed, very nice hotel and of course Paula(the receptionist) she was very helpful, friendly and had excellent costumer service.
there was no complimentary coffee or tea, no ordinary kettle although they provided us a machine to put a coffee pod but we didn’t bring coffee pod with us, so useless. no cups or glasses.

The hotel we were supposed to stay at was closed for technical reasons. So the ratings are for the SGR Palace Hotel were we stayed. It was a beautiful hotel with great service and good food.
The shower was problematic at best. It was all hot, or all cold, no in-between. The bed was too hard for a good night's sleep.

Pictures give a wrong impression of the hotel since the reception area is very modern and new, the rooms however are not modernized and very outdated.
Doors of the rooms woke us up due to noisy hinges and door slamming.

Parking, well orginized space, good WiFi.
The ground floor is modern, renovated and well decorated. Although rooms not quite anymore. Don't hesitate to ask for meat for the breakfest if you feel like having one.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They let us stay overtime with no charge
The shower is very small, but we have seen it accross Italy so I guess this standard issue with Italian hotels

Service, there was a coffee machine inside, but without coffee itself, sugar or glasses. All furniture is very old and destroyed. The bed was horrible, pillow was old and nasty. Bathroom wasn't clean, there were no towel to put on the floor. 4 stars is not about this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and willingly helped with our many questions. Our rooms were exceptional and the variety for breakfast was second to none.

The staff were great, breakfast is good.
Walking (uphill) to the Shrine of Padre Pio...not for those with knee problems.
