The staff who we engaged with was very good sorting out a change of room when the television and vifi were not working in the original room
There was some staining on the ceiling of the room we used.
Breakfast could be earlier

The staff, the food the service were absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble the rooms were spotless and comfortable and did I mention the food.... seriously impressed we have found our new hotel as we are often in this area either working or competing and despite it being slightly further from the competition venue it'll be worth the drive in the morning.
Im clutching at straws here but I like a really, REALLY firm bed and the one I got was quite soft. This is nothing but personal preference.
