We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The setting was wonderful. We loved having our coffee on the deck in the morning and it was so easy to head down to the beach in the evening to watch the amazing sunsets. It had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The community was very quiet and relaxing. I was worried it might be a little small for the 4 of us, but it was perfect. It was just what we needed to help us recharge.

Although there are 2 bedrooms, it would be tight for four adults but would work for a couple with a small child or two. Close to four lovely beaches, a couple of nice markets and good restaurants without having to go to Provincetown if you prefer a quieter scene.

The cottage was exactly as advertised and nice and clean. Quick walk to the beach and you can see Long Point from the kitchen window. Was able to walk into Provincetown and or take the bus. All the people we met were lovely and friendly. Nice and quiet too.

This was our second year staying here and we love it!The view of the bay is so beautiful!The sand pit in front of the cottage is perfect for kids to play in or put your sand chair and umbrella in.The 2 bedrooms are nice and the finished loft is great extra room for kids to play, read or sleep.The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher and we love the air conditioning.We had fun in Provincetown every night with the kids.We climbed Pilgrim Monument.We also enjoyed Head of the Meadow and Race Point Beaches. The bathroom is under renovation but is fully functional. We plan on returning next year.Carlota G.

Easy process to book and check in. Bathroom was under a little renovation, but that was okay. Other than that, clean and comfortable. Great location. Quick response from property manager if you need anything at all.

One of the best places we ever stayed! Gorgeous cottage, great location and it had everything we needed. Joy was very attentive and there was an on call care taker for any needs that we had. Very short ride to P-Town. Very nice and uncrowded beach. Wish we could have stayed forever...our kids are already begging to go back!

This cottage was perfect for our stay! It was exactly as described. It was immaculate! There was even toilet paper/paper towels/soap-everything we needed was there. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset. I would love to someday return!

We loved Joy's cottage! Clean and comfortable and great views! We also appreciated the cottage community - including their 'quiet hours' which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We hope to come back again someday!

We called this cottage home for a week and loved everything about it! The beach is a 90 second walk from your doorstep, and it was quiet anytime we went down there-- early morning, afternoon, or evening. There's a sand pit area directly in front of the cottage; great for kids to play in. Inside the cottage was light and airy, with two windows in every room, (one in the bathroom) and skylights. The views are amazing, you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or sit on the couch and see the ocean from either spot. There is an extra table and chairs in the loft, which came in handy when we had guests for dinner. Ptown is just a 5 minute drive away, and also lots to explore in nearby Truro- Highland Light, ocean beaches and more! We are looking forward to returning next year!

We stayed at this charming cottage to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, and brought our two children, 17 and 22. The cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and was comfortable, clean and perfectly located. The owner was a pleasure to work with while we made our plans. This place is a home run. Joy's description is accurate. This is a 2 bedroom , 1 bath cottage with a loft and an open living room(small) attached to the kitchen. Simply furnished but nuetral, clean lines. Very well supplied with extra towels, beach chairs and everything you need to prepare food. The views from the deck and the living room look out towards the bay and the sea grass. Very, very relaxing. 1/2 mile to Provincetown town line 5 minutes by car to the East End of P-Town. Very friendly and helpful cneighbors

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this cottage. So very close to the beach that any time was a good time for a stroll on the sand. Comfortable beds and nap-inducing beach-friendly leather couch for relaxing after a long day in the sun or lollygagging around Provincetown. Wonderful patio set-up with a nice grill and plenty of propane. Pretty much everything is there ready to go, so all you really need is the clothes on your back and some toiletries. The frosted mugs were put into heavy rotation! For a small family looking for an affordable beach vacation or a couple seeking a relaxing, romantic getaway to the beach - this cottage is a perfect fit. Close enough to the history, colonial architecture, and hoopla of all that Provincetown has to offer, but far enough away for serenity as you unwind on the beach or your patio. Owner was very responsive and quite accommodating to our needs. We certainly hope to be back next year!

This is a perfect little getaway. A cozy cottage. The only issue we had was in the late day when the sun was shining in the place heated up, so you either had to keep the curtains closed or turn on the AC. Other than that we loved it, was clean and everything we needed was provided. Joy was easy to work with.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this cottage was. I really didn't think it would be so great because I got it a such a low rate. But this place had EVERYTHING one needs for a beach getaway. The house was clean, tons of extra linens, the AC was awesome. Steps from a beautiful beach. Joy is wonderful. She checked in during our stay just to see how everything was going. Super nice woman. I rented it again this year.

The cottage was perfect! Spacious enough inside for 2 adults and 2 teens with everything any of us needed, plus a great outdoor space where we enjoyed meals al fresco morning and night with a view of dunes and water. My husband loved the brand new Weber and now wants one just like it! The teens were partial to their room air conditioner as it was a scorcher week! And I just loved being back on The Cape! The cottage location was everything and more...just grab your coffee or wine and walk down the path to the bay for the ever-changing shoreline or hop in the car and go to any of the ocean-side beaches to see seals and all kinds of wondrous things--Provincetown just minutes away with any and everything to do. The best part of staying here is that this cottage has owners that care...even though they are long distant, they respond to every request quickly, and do so with concern, and best of all, humor. After all--a comfortable place to sleep, a great view, and a good laugh is all any of us really need anywhere! Thank you Joy for all!

This is truly a beachfront gem! Joy was great about getting back to me when I needed anything, the place was clean, bright and had everything one would need for the stay, even band-aides! Furnishings, towels, cookware great, beds were very comfortable. We came on a very rainy couple of days and it didn't even bother us, the property was so bright and restful that it didn't matter what the weather was. Our trip took us on to Gloucester and Rockport where the accommodations left a lot to be desired, seriously a LOT, we wished we had booked the whole 5 days here in Truro instead, will definitely be back, just wish it was closer to Houston...thanks Joy! P.S. best place we found to go grocery shopping in Provincetown on Painter Shank Rd. Cooler in the Teddy Bear loft was perfect for this!

In general, a very nice cottage, ideally located and well equipped. A big drawback was that the cottage was really dirty when we came in. We had to clean the whole place. There were also no cutting board and no kitchen towels whatsoever. I complained to the owner by email, but I received no answer so far.
