Convenient with shopping site seeing, driving, safe

Very nice property will stay agai

We had so much room for our group of 7, and everything was comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The lanai became our favorite spot, we hung out there every evening. The smaller pool is right across from this unit so that was very convenient

Big mahalo for opening your home. From the time we arrived, parking was great, super close to a “quiet” pool, spacious, clean and a nice welcome to a “cool” home when we arrived home in the evenings. Highly recommended.

As I previously shared to Robert & Merilyn's email, we had a great time and found the condo in excellent shape, and did our best to leave it as such. We had no issues, just a great time, as we have had many times before with the previous owner's Fred & Bonnie. We also purchased, and left in the condo, a good quality, red plastic cooler that we used for day trips with sandwiches/water bottles. We left it there in hopes others may find it useful as well. We hope it will be there next year when we hope to return and rent the condo again. Again, no issues, just a great time in Kona and in the Condo (sunsets are beautiful!). All the best, Bob Rasmussen

The property was great and fully stocked with way more stuff then we could have expected. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, big washer and dry, beach stuff which helped us not have to go purchase, extra stuff like aloe in the fridge, extra blankets, pillows, and sheets. They even supplied Aveda Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash.

Near perfect stay...I say "near" only because, upon our arrival, the main floor toilet flushes properly WHEN the handle is pushed forward and then the handle is pulled back, once contents of bowl have gone down the drain. It wasn't a problem for us when we figured this out, but I would suggest the owners look into a fix! Loved our stay!

The bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had no overall issues with the property during our stay. We also visited the resort pool and jacuzzi on multiple nights - the pool is a bit warm, but very clean and amazing after spending some time in the jacuzzi after a long, tiring day. 5 stars.

Amazing place, although the a.c unit was not enough for that big place parts of the home was super hot. the good thing there was a pool right outside the door... Parking was extremely close for those that couldnt walk far. loved loved loved the 3 baths... We had a lot of guest coming and going so the bathrooms was a big plus. very amazing memories weve made and not sure when the next time we will be able to make more. Thank you so much. perfect place just to relax and enjoy ones company...

This condo was beautiful for our stay. We sat on the balconies at meals and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, played tennis, and enjoyed swimming.

We loved the Kona Coast Resort! This was a lovely rental with a spacious floor plan. Well kept and clean. Centrally located to a lot of activities we did on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to everything. Shopping, restaurants, beach, snorkeling all with a few minutes. Resorts has great outside activities for teens. Condo was perfect for our family.

Beautiful location and accommodations. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation stay

This condo is great for larger families, we had 4 adults and 3 kids, plus excellent privacy. It's a 2 story condo with only 1 shared wall and in a great location. Lots of amenities, nice kitchen, and pool, bbq facilities. We enjoyed cooking or barbecuing, plus the main family pool and restaurant is great for days when you want to relax and take a break from the beach. There are snorkel gear, sand and pool toys plus beach equipment so you don't need to bring those with you, which is very convenient. I think with a few updates and fixes (leaky faucets, toilets, and squeaky doors, little bugs/critters), this would be perfect. Would stay here again and highly recommended.

Lots of amenities, nice kitchen, and pool, bbq facilities. We enjoyed cooking or barbecuing, plus the main family pool and restaurant is great for days when you want to relax and take a break from the beach. There are snorkel gear, sand and pool toys plus beach equipment so you don't need to bring those with you, which is very convenient. I am assuming that no one had been in the condo for awhile because of how many we found. I do understand that there are going to be cockroaches and I appreciate that they were dead. Great condo with ample space and amenities. We loved having access to snorkel gear, extra towels, and so much more. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful when we had a simple issue. I would definitely stay here again! Just as a disclaimer: the condo is 5 minutes from the water, but not a beach. Despite it not being walking to a beach, it is a quick drive to so many other beaches and the town. All around great location.

A great place for the price! We had 2 other couples staying in the same resort. Their rooms were definitely nicer and more updated, but not as spacious and were more expensive. A couple of minor issues but my understanding is that the place had just sold to new owners and maybe they haven't gotten around to fixing up the place yet. With a few furniture upgrades (couch in living room) this place could be a 5 star condo. The beds were comfy, A/C worked great, and pretty much everything was as it should be. There was one issue, but I don't think it was any fault of the owners. Owners can feel free to email me and I will let them know. Pools were nice and the facility was well maintained. Sadly, restaurants were closed (Covid) but otherwise everything was great. Walking distance to food and groceries. Overall, very spacious especially if you have a large family or 3 couples, and a good bargain at the price. Would consider staying there again.
