Quiet in February time. Bungalow super comfortable and well equipped. Surrounding by trees.

Heater had some issues.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Accommodation was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable as was the bedding and the whole place seemed very tired.

The camping ground was all but closed, we understand that the season in France is a little different. What we did not like was after making the booking, then to be advised that towels and sheets are extra and a final clean would be €75 after only one night

We didn't even show up. I can't rate the quality of the property and services offered.

The mailing (via Booking messenger) with the property was awful and they did not respond most of the time. We booked a hut (non refundable) and after that I received a message in which they alerted me about the cleaning fare (75 euros) that they would charge to me in case I didn't want to do the cleaning. I asked them to show me where in the website (or during the booking process) it was informed but I failed in order to get a response after several messages. I asked multiple times for a free cancelation and I did not get any response. In light of such a unprofessional service we decided not to stay there, but I would like to let future customers know about that hidden charges that may arise when the booking process has reached a no turning back point.

There is no response from reception.. Pay and forget there will be any kind of service

The process of checking in late was easy and staff was helpful. Also, staff allowed us to use the pool until noon even if the check out was at 10am. So my children were very happy!

I think the comfort of the bed was not top. Could be better.
