Big apartment, enormous bathroom, comfortable bed, super kind host, very clean place, good location. Free parking spaces close to the house.

the staff were incredibly friendly on arrival and throughout. excellent value for money and an impressive room. they payed attention to the details, with free WiFi, morning coffee and in the room were croissants and a variety of drinks for free! absolutely wonderful little B&B, I would come here again in a heartbeat.

Brand new, clean and good located place. Fast communication, since we reserved at last minute before closing the reception we had no problem with the check-in, and also we reserved a free room upgrade. The hotel is really modern, all furniture is with high quality. Super big bathroom. Very comfortable, quiet street, free public parking nearby. Thank you!
If you are with big luggage, prepare for stairs. Of course the staff is so kind and will be happy to help you, so it is not a big problem.

An excellent stay at NicaDomus! Gianpaolo was excellent and made a real effort for us since neither me or my travel companion could speak any Italian. He was always there for any questions, advice or recommendations. The rooms were spacious, very clean and very comfortable and are also well located, just a short walk from Piazza Progresso. I also loved that there was a mini fridge and air conditioning. I recommend without any hesitation! Thank you Gianpaolo!

very good location, bus station, railway are just 5 minutes by foot, and also a gastronomical gem of Licata — restaurant La Madia.

The member of staff was really helpful. The owner was polite and friendly, and made sure to have the room ready for the time I requested it, and made sure that we had breakfast when we arrived and when we left the property.
The property is absolutely new and modern.

We booked on short notice and the hosts were very welcoming. Building has just been returned so in very good nick. We also had a great breakfast.
