It is a clean small room with a fridge and stove that made our life easier. The balcony is very cute. The AC works well (esp in the middle of a heatwave). The location is very good. Next to a supermarket and next to a coffee shop that serves good but affordable coffee. Walking distance to the Duomo and other shopping places. Donatella was texting throughout to ensure the stay is confortable.
The property is a bit small but I was aware of it so it was not an issue. It is also normal for a big city like Milan.

Cosy but small and not much noise. Also good location to all the important places. Was a very nice stay and also communication was good.
Acces make sure you have internet and follow the instructions you get upfront then it is easy to get it.
Takes long to get warm water but we were informed about it upfront and it works good.
Shared outdoor balcony but we did not use it as there enough nice outdoor places in Milaan.

The location is soo great, it's so close to everything you need!
The pictures are misleading, the terrace is shared! the check-in wasn't that smooth, and the fridge in the room was so smelly it was really annoying, I called the cleaning service and they denied having a problem in the beginning! and when I insisted they come and clean it a bit but it did not change anything!
