Nice hot shower, spacious clean room. Close to beach and main street. Quiet area.

No much public area. Bed makes noise when I roll over.

It was very hot, a room with AC would have been preferable. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty. No hot water in the shower. It was hard to find the owner when needed - for example when needing more toilet paper.

Value for money was okay

Wifi connection was bad, not cleaning the room every day, not giving new toilette paper, a bit loud in the surroundings in the night.

Close to the beach and the central part of the Mancora town. the building has safe entry . it is cheaper than other properties, however has a lot to improve!

the fan in the room is not enough, there was heat and the lack of fresh air due the way the building is constructed. The staff is not attentive at all, you need to go and every time ask for toilet paper or even towels, which are quite crappy, so better bring your own. Not even a kettle or mugs to boil some water.. it's like being in a tent but made of bricks..

Great location just a short 5-10 min walk from the beach and the main strip of bars / restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and the internet worked well. Would recommend.
