Instalaciones muy bien amobladas, la cama espectacular, muy cómoda, la atención muy buena, amables las dos señoras con las que tuvimos contacto, y lo mejor es que tiene parqueadero privado por si vas con carro.

the rooms were nice and clean
the WiFi was extremely unreliable. it didn’t work at all 90% of the time. and the other 10% of the time it was extremely slow. Also there are loud construction noises happening all day because they are doing work on the building.

This is quite a surprise. The neighborhood isn't great and from the street first impressions are it would be a bad hotel. Inside the hotel the rooms are great and well soundproofed.
The location is also perfect for first or last night of stay as it's a short walk from car rental, bus terminal, and megacable.

Next to cable car station, so actually very easy to reach from the bus terminal. Not far from the center. Staff spoke no English but tried to help.

Cleanliness and nice bedroom. The shower was very nice.
The breakfast was not an option.

We liked this small and very clean hotel. The area is not great, but not dangerous either. The entrance is very small: a door with bell next to a motorcycle shop. The inside is modern with a pleasant design. The room was rather small, but enough for two people. Very nice spacious bathroom with great shower. It was the only hotel in Colombia where I could take a shower without needing a shower cap, because they had a mobile shower head. It felt great! Also one of the few places with good window insulation witch also means good soundproofing. And there is private parking available just across the street.
The internet was there but not that good.
