Location was superb, stunning scenery. Apartment very spacious, easy accessible in the lift, very safe, quiet area. Huge balcony overlooking the bay.

All comments compared to the price (400 euro for 5 nights): appartment with no personality, a bit worn-out, old bathroom with shower in dirty bath, no toiletries, TV not working, few and not well working adapters, poorly equipped kitchen, noisy bed with old matras.

Could not access normal television. If a TV is advertised please make it available to watch news etc.

The greatest advantage of the apartment is the wonderful wide sea view from the living room and balcony. The building is located on a cliff so the panorama of the bay is vast. There were always plenty of free parking spaces available on the boulevard near the apartment (outside the tourist season). The contact with the staff was good and check in and out was very easy.

The apartment is dirty and quite run down. Much of the surface was covered with dust or sticky (mostly kitchen). Some dishes and cutlery in the kitchen cabinets were not washed properly. The couch upholstery in the living room is very stale and covered with numerous stains. Sitting is not pleasant and I advise you not to lie down. In general, a lot of equipment is heavily worn and they are a random jumble. A spring is sticking out of the edge of the mattress in the bedroom ... Bathroom door is hanging and jamming. The toilet flush is not working properly. The water pressure is very low (but I don't know if it's a building issue or a general problem). Hand soap is not available. Wifi works fine but doesn't reach the farthest bedroom. The TV is just a screen as there are no channels. In our case, severe cold was an additional problem (we were in early December and the weather was bad before our arrival and the apartment was very cold). Heating is possible and effective with air conditioning, for which you need to buy a prepaid card worth 5, 10 or 20 euros (for us for 3 evenings 5e was enough, but it denepends on your preferences). Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival, the staff did not provide any charged cards - all of them were empty ... As it was evening it was no longer possible to buy a new card on that day. The card was delivered the next morning. As a result, we were very cold, and I spent the evening time in the apartment in a jacket and a hat :( I will add that the windows are not tight. In addition, there was only one socket adapter in the apartment, despite the previously reported demand for at least two. They were also delivered on the second morning along with a hair dryer which is also not supplied. If the hosts do not improve the conditions in the apartment - I do not recommend this place.
