Location was perfect and the promptness of the managing company minty stay.
Regarding the overall condition of the building, the hallway and staircase lights ceased to function the day after my arrival. While the location was convenient to reqch main attractions, but the immediate surroundings were merely satisfactory, so guests should not anticipate a particularly upscale environment.

The AC works perfectly and is in the both rooms - the bedroom and kitchen (where the sofa is). Perfect location, easy to get everywhere by walking and easy to travel by metro or bus. Kitchen is equipped, has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, the cutlery and plates. Also has a washing maschine.
The pillows were big and hard, but other than that everything's really good.
