The location on Grande Allee Est was exceptional; easy access to everything the city has to offer. I really appreciated the key drop off and pick up instructions. The in-suite laundry was a nice surprise.

The location, parking, laundry facilities and kitchen facilities
The photos suggested there was a queen bed and a couch but it was a Murphy bed that was not easy to put away so we didn’t have a couch. The photos were deceiving. The air conditioner blows directly on one seat at the table, making it uncomfortable.

Great room, terrific location, was so convenient for local restaurants (we ate at Ciel - amazing) and an easy wander into the Old Town. Loved being by Plains of Abraham.
Shower is feeble and needs upgrading. Bed location was a challenge - too close to the wall to get into (particularly for someone with a bad back). Not sure we realised it was 2nd floor with no lift. And a nasty stain on the sofa which made it difficult to use.
