Great location and tidy house

The towels are old an need replaced, the kitchen is fine but the crockery needs replaced, very basic and chipped in places, the main bathroom in villa 4 is also needing an upgrade.

The location is excellent. The rooms are very spacious. The pool area we had was big. The outdoor shower is very handy. The housekeeper was exceptionally friendly. She cleaned in the middle of our stay and changed the towels twice.

The steps up to the villa had no lights so extra care is needed in the dark. The mattresses and pillows were very basic for this standard of accomodation. Shower floor surface was very slippy. We asked for rubber mats but they had none. There is only one single socket in the kitchen.

Was very clean staff lovely.

Villa very dated needs upgrade very cold in the night .Had to wait a long time in between showers and there was only 2 of us for water to heat up again .Tv remote didn't work very well and the English channels were very limited as I said needs major upgrade .

Beautiful villa and very clean. Pool was very nice and spectacular views. Nice and private and Sara was fabulous to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was good. Five minutes to local supermarket and bus stop. Just under ten minutes to main prom and beach.

Good location, excellent view, south facing, quiet and spacious.

The property was terrible. I am filing a full complaint with Bookings.com and Don Rafael Villas. I have called, emailed and stopped by the office several times and did not get one response. We asked to be relocated to another villa as the noise from the heavy traffic on the road the property is located on was unbearable and never received a response. We left the property after the first night due to the terrible facilities and the heavy traffic noise which kept me awake all night. I will follow up with photos and a full letter.
