They allowed early check in (12nn-1pm) as we requested but when we came, we were told to leave our bags instead as they implement check in procedures at 3pm as usual. Confusing. They should have informed us clearly.

The room smells like paint. There is also no place in the shower area to put your toiletries and no hook for towels.

When we checked in we were put into a room for two people, despite being 3 guests. Fortunately there was a 3 person room available, but it was in the back building where a lot of construction was happening. The staff were very helpful and apologetic but did not seem fully aware of how to next deal with the situation. Our shower also leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor quite a bit.

Very pleasant place in the city center. Elegant at the entrance, but quite homely inside. Very good breakfast. We had one problem with numbers of beds in the room and staff handle it exceptionally.

The room deco is tired - the reception impression doesn’t match room experience

Cosmetic changes - beautiful location and building but horrible bathroom consertina door. Only shampoo as toiletries. Ancient hairdryer.

Great location. Very close to the market square and secure underground parking. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are very basic, the bathroom has been added and there is a very basic folding door.

the checking-in receptionist did not have much of a personality, but the rest of the staff were great

we had to leave early for flight purposes. sadly this hotel only start to prepare breakfast @ about 07:00, for a actual breakfast time of 08:00. We had to grab a piece of cheese and ham in a serviette as they also did not provide breakfast bags- on- the- go

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Comfy bed and nice quiet room.

Nice hotel in central location in Bruges with good breakfast and polite staff.

Although it’s October and there were mosquito nets on the windows we had mosquitoes in our room.

The Italian lady on reception on 16th October was incredibly pleasant and very accommodating.

small room, smell of vomit 🤮 on the stairs leading to the breakfast. the staff weren’t too keen on the bicycles we brought so storage of them turned into a minor problem

The Hotel ambient is so lovely, the breakfast was nice and fresh and it had a peaceful garden to drink coffee and rest the mind in the morning, central location, good connection for busses but also for sightseeing.

The hotel decoration, the staff, the rooms, and even the breakfast were amazing! Also, they have a hot tub available for guests. I will gladly come back on my next visit to Brugges.

no lift - very steep stairs to top floor. breakfast too late starting at 8 - lukewarm water for tea room 11 had a sewer like smell coming from toilet

Location was perfect, accommodation and beds very comfortable, external door system ensured safety, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but plenty.

Staircases are a bit steep and dangerous. I would recommend a different approach to breakfast, such as omelette instead of self boiled eggs. Many of them unfortunately get wasted due to under cooking and it is a pity to waste food.

The hotel owner greeted us and was very friendly and informative. The car parking was a few minutes walk away and well directed by the owner. The hotel looked lovely and as a family with 2 young children we didn’t find the stairs too much of a struggle, they are steep, but we took it slowly. The family room was a good size and the kids shared a double bed. The bathroom was small but not too much of a problem for 1 night.

Breakfast was not great. We struggled to find a table to sit at as a family of 4. We ended up sitting so close to the buffet section that we needed to pull our chairs in to let people past with food. The buffet selection was very basic and my children struggled to find much too eat. It was only tended by one server who was not monitoring when food needed to be refilled. My husband struggled to find many dairy free options also. The room was also very hot and the window did not open very wide.
