Amazing Stay at Rum Doodle! We stayed at Rum Doodle three years ago to celebrate my husband's birthday, and after returning this weekend with friends, I can honestly say it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Both rooms were cosy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The breakfasts on both mornings were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our visit. The location is ideal, situated roughly halfway between Windermere and Bowness. It's an easy walk up to Windermere town or down to the livelier atmosphere of Bowness and the Pier. We absolutely love Rum Doodle and wouldn't hesitate to book again on our next visit. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Neat and clean room, staff were very helpful. A special thank you to the young lady who worked in the breakfast room, she took so much care for her customers and also Steven who helped us check in

Upgraded our room but it was very cramped. Barely enough room to move. Poor lighting so it was very dark, there were two chairs but they were very uncomfortable. The full breakfast was poor. Hard poached eggs, uncooked tomatoes, overcooked bacon and cheap sausage and black pudding.
