From the check-in with the young gentleman, who was incredibly professional and very helpful... to the amazing sommelier at the bar Marciej, who makes an incredible Espresso Martini... To the massage therapist at the spa. My stay was outstanding! Will definitely be back.

The fact that none of the rooms have air conditioning is a major problem for me personally.

there is nothing to like when you pay for a 4-star hotel and end up in a 3-star room with indulgence. overpriced, overpriced expensive!

Rooms were extremely dated, the phone did not work. This resulted in us having to go down to reception at 7 am to get water for the room. No iron or toiletries in the room. Far from the beach unless you like to walk 20 mins, also service very slow. Had to wait 20 minutes at the bar to get served. Overpriced.
