I like that can use the bath tub. Liked the pillow and the bed .
liked to have a mini fridge and the katle for tea or coffe making
I dealed with two gentleman of ORIGINAL FRENCH and they realy did what ever I ask for help even got an extra heater as I was cold and other things very kind.
The location is JUST FINE and Exellent for my stay and trip.close to the Westfield plaza ( right next to it) and it is closed to both domestic and international train station even for high speed train
the cleaning ladies were of a white French origine and were VERY KIND just like the receptionists.
I have been staryed in this holet many times before and return every time I can book in where I need it,
Keep it as it is now and it will be success even more !

Proximité des 2 gares, bon accueil, lit très confortable
Propreté : Problème d'aspiration de la moquette car j'ai marché sur un morceau d'ongle et présence de ce qui semblait être des petits morceaux de coquilles d'oeuf .... Le reste était très propre

Apos o duche o chão da casa de banho ficou encharcado, apenas 2 toalhas de banho e um tapete disponíveis, rodapés com muito pó, quarto com mau cheiro cortinado solto insuficiente para tapar luz, temperatura 34 graus sem ar condicionado, apenas uma pequena ventoínha.

Perfectly situated right outside the station and tucked under the mall (if you plan to do some shopping). Also within walking distance from the sites. Great stay and very clean hotel

The location of this hotel is great, and the value for money was good. Nothing fancy, but I don’t think that is to be expected at this price point.

Brilliant v convenient location extremely central, especially for early morning trains just round the corner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with decent water pressure in the shower. Towels replaced regularly. Reception and house keeping staff all very friendly and professional. Wifi is reliable, fast and easy to access (an open network though, so not secure).
Fittings in the room were tired, with some mild water damage, a bedside light that flashed constantly, badly repaired bathroom door, and the toilet kept running constantly. I would expect a room at this price point to be in better condition (if booking in advance and you can get a cheap rate then this hotel could be v good value but at 75EUR/night this felt a bit overpriced). I could sometimes hear the neighbouring guests a bit too clearly but earplugs easily solved this issue.

Fantastic central location, bright and fresh room which was clean, good safe paid parking in complex, working free WiFi, super value for money especially the add-on continental buffet breakfast keeping everyone happy and us full for most of the day. Photos actually depicted the lovely room well!
Shower water tepid in the mornings, shower soap kept falling off wall, only one chair in room didn't help as we were a group, one day it continuouy poured with rain so having no bar or restaurant in the hotel made it tricky although everything close by, reasonably quiet but our 4 rooms facing the main road had early morning traffic noise as if the windows were open when they were not. None of this would stop us going again!

Breakfast as always served in a very cold room. No heating. Coffee disgusting. Our booking could not be found on arrival. Room OK, nothing special.
