Excellent buffet. First class . Delightful selection of hot and cold dishes , fresh fruit salads ,cheeses , breads and smoked fish and excellent pastries . Cheerful and helpful staff

Tiny irritation was unreliable wifi with repeated requests to sign in . Problem with reception communicating restaurant bookings which happened on several occasions. A map of the hotel facilities would have been helpful. Wine list presented on a D.I.Y tablet we felt was unfriendly and would have much preferred a conversation with the Sommelier as a first option or even a typed wine list!

Main course dinner was exceptionally good in the fine dining restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and arranged dinner booking at short notice

The room was as I expected and based on the location and category of hotel reasonably priced.

cozy, comfortable and clean. friendly stuff. indoor swimming pools is clean and has beautiful view. 4 restaurants with various choices. close to ski, walking distance to a very beginner friendly ski resort.

excellent location, very close to ski rentals and ski school, with a bus stop right in front of hotel. Good food and amazing breakfast. Friendly personnel, good service. Nice ski room and wonderful pool and sauna area. Nice choice of restaurants in the hotel and even more in the town. Spacious room.

some difficulties with staff who just started the season and weren't well trained yet. Several complaints about icy and dangerously slippery road to ski cellar were left unattended. Rooms a bit outdated and in need of renovation or rejuvenation. Massage sadly was one of the less memorable I have had.

Very friendly and helpful staff, bar open until late hours, 3 amazing restaurants, vicinity of the slopes.

Location.

The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful. The spa was really really nice, I loved the windows with the mountain view. The pool and the cozy fireplace room.

Children should be restricted to 17h or 18h. The Muntanell restaurant was not prepared to receive so many clients, staff was not trained. The staff at the restaurant was not at the level of the restaurant (food was delicious though).
