Fantastic location right by the water. Lots of restaurants near by as well as a small grocery and self service laundromat. Our room was quiet and had a refrigerator. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Great value.

I would have liked a room with a view. We faced out to the front versus the ocean.

We especially liked the service of the person responsible for breakfast (Doris) who always treated us with great care, patience and attention to detail. As for the room service, our room was always neat and smelling nice.

Great location

Bad breakfast, they say they can't offer any salty breakfast because, otherwise, everybody would ask for it. For the hotel prices and touristic location, it sounds unfair and the justification unreasonable. To carefully check, prior making the reservation, what exactly they mean when they state "Good breakfast".

The staff are very accommodating and nice, the location is very good.

The walls were too thing so you could hear everything, we woke up around 7 each morning due to the noise next door and in the corridor.

Location is very convenient at few hundred meters from the old city center and just few steps from the small city beaches

Noisy+hard beds+awfull breakfast+gready owner The hotel is very noisy, we could hear every person walking on the corridor, closing a door, or walking in other rooms. Breakfast is a disgrace. I am not a person who needs big breakfast and I am ok in almost any hotel but this one offers only bread and cakes of bad supermarket quality, only 1 choice of fruit per day, sometimes from a can, really awful. Beds are stone hard. The 1st night stay was so bad that we decided to stay 3 of the original 5 booked nights. Though we communicated our decision the 1st morning of our stay, the hotel was very greedy and forced us to pay 4 nights, instead of 3, blaming at Booking.com for not being able to discount the 2 nights we were not going to stay.

We booked very spontaneously, only a few hours in advance and had a good time at Miramare. The location of the hotel is great, everything in Otranto is in walking distance. The staff is really nice and breakfast has many sweet treats - some non-sweet options would be nice but that's not typical for Italy, so it's fine. The shower in our room was not super-clean. All in all we had a great time at Miramare

Location in the centre of Otranto, close to everything. Staff very nice. Covid restrictions taken seriously, very clean and constantly disinfected.

Rooms a bit dated. Breakfast quite poor for a hotel. Parking for 10 euro per day a bit expensive.

Great location near the beach and old town

Staff came across as a bit uninterested. The walls are thin as cardboard, causing us to be up all night from the crying baby and its talking parents in the room next to ours. When they flushed the toilet it sounded like the Niagara Falls came flooding through our ceiling. Finally, the rooms look and smell outdated.

The location was best about the property right near the beach and the old city. Paolo at front desk was great.

The service was bad but not due to staff but just the lack of staff. Front office person is also the server for the bar open for 24 hours. Only 2 servers for breakfast buffet which one has to serve individually each item one by one. And the other does the rest (set and seat tables, prepared drinks, clean tables) I felt very bad because they were doing as best as they could but some days it took 30 minutes just to sit down to eat.
