Wir waren wirlich überrascht über das kleine, schnuckelige Hotel in der Altstadt von Alcudia. Es handelt sich um ein renoviertes Stadthaus, mit dem Charme eines Altbaus, sehr hübsch gemacht. Die Lage ist top - Alcudia Altstadt ist Autofrei, war kein Problem. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz war 5 min. fussläufig. Für den "Self-Check-In" wurden wir trotzdem von einer Kollegin unterstützt, vielen Dank Theresa! Frühstück hatten wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant (ein anderes Gebäude). Das war wirklich sehr lässig und cool. Top Innenhof unter freiem Himmel mit Palmen. Hier besteht die Möglichkeit für Abendessen oder einfach an der Bar // Sofas abzuhängen. Die Sangria wird gut gemischt und schmeckt klasse! Alles in allem: Klare Empfehlung, wenn man sich im Altstadtbereich treiben lassen will.

Wenig. Wir hatten täglichen Handtuchwechsel, obwohl wir die Hand- und Duschtücher ordentlich aufgeräumt/aufgehängt hatten. Ein automatischer täglicher Wechsel ist heutzutage nicht mehr vermittelbar: warum wird die einfache Regel "Handtücher am Boden = Wechsel", "Händtücher aufgeräumt = Behalten" nicht beachtet (obwohl es in der Hotel-Charta so beschrieben ist)? Und nochwas: Zimmer 402 (direkt unter dem Dach) ist nichts für groß gewachsene Menschen. Über 1,85 besteht oftmals die Gefahr sich die Rübe anzuhauen. Das würd ich bei einer erneuten Buchung berücksichtigen und ein anderes Zimmer wählen.

Das Hotel liegt am Rand der Altstadt von Alcudia in der Fussgängerzone. Ruhig gelegen und doch zentral. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage.

Die Grösse des Bades, insbesondere die Kopfhöhe, war für mich, der ich etwas größer bin, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig zumal die Treppe zu einen darüber liegen den Zimmer teilweise durch das Bad verläuft.

The hotel is located in a great part of town, breakfast was pretty good, they offered it cheaper as an offer when we got there. Breakfast and check-in/out are in different hotels, but they are very close to the property. Thankfully, the air-conditioning worked fairly well, and there was no problem with the water pressure as some of the other reviews pointed out.

I feel like the room we got was false advertising, I was hoping for one of the 2 rooms featured in the pictures for this type of room when you book the property. I would have paid extra to actually get said room. Instead, we got a room with a very small window (almost no natural light) that led into the inner courtyard that is positioned exactly over the grill of the restaurant bellow. As you can imagine, it's loud, and it smells like they're cooking steak next to you (my partner worked up an appetite, but I'm vegetarian...) The mattress had dips in it. It wasn't exactly uncomfortable, but it wasn't great either. The check-in machine didn't work with either of the 2 options provided (name and leaving date or booking code) and we were lucky the person at the reception was there to sort it out for us, it still took a while. When leaving, they don't say anything about where you check-out, where to leave the key, etc. So we went to the hotel where the check-in was made and proceeded to wait and wait and ask the cleaning staff (which giggled at our expectation of finding someone at reception). When someone did come he said to just leave the key on the desk and go, a minute later a woman showed up and said we can't just go since we drank one bottle from the mini fridge (we did not, but I did see that an additional one got added after one of the cleanings) thankfully the woman relented and I didn't have to pay the extra cost. Overall, very disappointing, especially considering the cost we paid for a subpar room that's somehow considering the same as one of the advertised rooms.
