スタッフがフレンドリー。カタローニャ広場の真ん前でタクシーもすぐひろえて，ショッピングするにも良し，海辺のレストランにも散策気分で行ける。レストランに隣接するテラスと中庭も素晴らしい。朝食もオススメ。チュロスのチョコレートソースは忘れられない味です。

Floors in the room could have been cleaner.

The location and staff at hotel are amazing., we even had a bottle of fizz in the room as courtesy of the hotel.

our room was on the top floor, amazing view of Placa Catalunya. However, the room had no balcony and you could not open the window at all, which made the room quite stuffy. I would have liked an outside balcony, of which the rooms appeared to have on the next level down. There was an issue arriving back to the hotel after 11.00pm, we had to ring a bell and wait for someone to let us in. It would have been better if the room key gave you access to the external gate.

Great location, super efficient staff, fast service, good breakfast, good sound proofing

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is perfect to explore the city as one can easily walk to most places. Public transport connections are also just outside of the door. The breakfast was excellent. Furthermore, the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Xavier who greeted us and noticed that my girlfriend's birthday was 1 day ago and organized a small surprise in our room.
