I liked everything. A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The reception staff were brilliant, very kind and helpful. Great breakfasts and the all day food and beverage service by the beautiful pool area and also at the downstairs lounge was really good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. so called upgraded sea view room had a fan that was creaking and kept me up all night and ac not on was told to keep the window open for cool air and fan will be fixed the next day bugs flying in so closed window kept awake all night by creaking fan returned to room next day and found nothing changed so left should really be reimbursed for one night if not two including the so called upgrade!

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed, conveniently located within walking distance to waterside dining/shops, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff - would definitely stay at Kriti Hotel again.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past five years. It’s beginning to age and show wear and tear. Sheets had holes. Toilet didn’t flush properly. small things that add up to an overall impression. Rooms don’t seem worth the overpriced rates (there were only three guests in the hotel yet the rate was ridiculously high given that and it’s the off season). Felt like I was paying for location only given the high price. Breakfast was way too much variety and no focus on quality. might as well been airplane food. But staff were all very pleasant and kind, however. Looking for an alternative for next time.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night so the fact that my room was small didn't worry me. I had a twin-bedded room and the space around the beds was quite limited. However, the room, bed and bedding, bathroom, shower, towels were all extremely clean. There were tea/coffee and fridge facilities and the TV and wifi all worked well. But the biggest surprise was the wonderful buffet breakfast served in the morning. There was a plentiful choice of both hot and cold food, fresh fruit, breads, condiments - and the room itself was bright and welcoming. One of the best breakfasts I've been offered for some time! The hotel and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful and there is also an area in the lobby where you can have coffees or drinks.' The hotel is about a 15 minute stroll along the seafront to Chania's old town. Along the way you pass numerous cafes and restaurants - plus some original architecture and wonderful views out to sea. Despite the small size of the room, I would definitely recommend this hotel
