The location. It is just 7 min walk from the Central Bus Station on mostly flat ground. It is near the shopping streets of Fira. The hotel let us store our luggage after check out. Although we didn't have time to enjoy its facilities, it does have a nice swimming pool.
No caldera views but we knew this when we booked.

Perfect for one night stay the staff were super friendly. Room was basic but just what we needed

Location was perfect - 5/10min walk into the ‘centre’. Pool was lovely and big, with good number of sunbeds. Also free towels for the sunbeds which was a lovely plus. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Hairdryer in room. Fridge in room, with a free bottle of water. Good sized terrace / balcony. Great air con - worked super well.
Rooms could do with some updating - ours was pretty dilapidated but we were only there for one night so wasn’t the end of the world. Would have probably been more upset if we had booked it for a week’s long stay. Shower curtain was a bit icky, toilet seat felt like it was about to break in half and mattress was so hard we didn’t sleep very well.
