Horrendous and hazardous bathroom design! The shower is tiny, just an area in the corner with nothing preventing the water from escaping, the shower curtain is flimsy and fell down after one use and there is nothing holding the shower head so you have to hold it up for yourself when showering. The bathroom becomes very slippery especially since the entire floor of the room is marble.
One night I took a shower before dinner and when I came back after dinner I slipped and fell just outside the bathroom door. It was a very painful and upsetting experience and when I informed the hotel manager she told me it was my fault for not putting down towels. They only give you two towels and do not replace them every day and they charge you for any new ones, so she was basically telling me to use the only towels they gave us to shower with and put them on the floor. I found her handling of the whole situation extremely unsympathetic. Her exact words were, "This is not a hotel". The bathrooms are nothing like the pictures they put up online and when I asked her for a room with one of the bathrooms they had up online she said none of the rooms actually had those bathrooms. I've included a picture of the bathroom below.

comfy bed. neat and tidy spacious room. staff were friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. 5min walk to centre of old town with loads of restaurants and things to do.

I stayed alone in a studio with a balcony that had a stunning view of the church. I enjoyed many sunsets while eating home-cooked meals. The level of cleanliness and responsiveness to my asks were excellent. The location (5 min to nearest beach or center of Naoussa) was great too. I would 100% stay again!
The wifi signal was strong enough but was slightly choppy.

bed not very comfortable, kitchenette is just sink and refrigerator. bathroom was not very clean, there were small ants on the floor, and had issues with hot water one morning.

MariJuli of the reception was great. She made the reservation for the ferry to Mykonos for us. She was so helpfull! I don't know what I would have done without her, so thanks again MariJuli.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, being close enough to access all the shops and restaurants quickly and easily, but far enough away to have a break from the crowds when needed.

Unique experience staying in an old windmill. Location good above the town and a 5 min walk to a beach .
Shower curtain awkward to use seems too small for tray needs clever manipulation to stop everywhere getting wet . No kettle

Lovely place - picturesque courtyard, bougainvilleas decorating the white walls, clean, functional rooms with good air-con. The staff was wonderful (reception and cleaning), with our room cleaned every day and fresh sheets and towels every other day. There was a small kitchenette with fridge, kettle, hob, plates and cutlery. Convenient to reach both by public transport and by car/quad, and yet quiet at night and only a 5 min walk to the centre of the town, or 10 min walk to nearest beach. A wonderful stay!
There's very few things to note. No umbrellas were allowed on the balconies (due to high winds) but it would be good to have some kind of shading from the strong summer sun. We could only sit outside when the sun was down. The rooms were functional, but perhaps a little decor would make them a little more attractive and homely, but this is only a minor point.

We often did not have any water in our shower during our stay. The bathroom would flood when we did have water and used the shower.
