close to the beach

Quite and very comfortable villa in 1 minute by foot from the beach. Very friendly staff. Great restaurants nearby.

There are no grocery stores in the village.

The location us great and the flat was amazing with all amenities included. We had a nice balcony with a sea view and a quiet beach to rest on.

Lovely host, excellent location (just a minute walking from the beach), nice and quite area. We would definitely be back.

This is an ideal option if one wants a quiet and pleasant stay. While the villa was lovely, the caretaker, Dratza, was such a welcoming and helpful hostess and it was a pleasure dealing with her. She gladly answered all our questions and arranged our transportation (helps to have a car but we opted not to drive!). There's a beach a minute away and despite the pebbles, we enjoyed whiling our time away soaking in the sun. Arka is a great restaurant next door for pizza and beers (recommended by Dratza) whilst Veranda served us scrumptious breakfast. The next time, I hope to spend a little longer and enjoy doing nothing at all in this gem of a place where there's a good community feel. Many thanks to Daniela and Dratza for making our stay even better than we imagined!

Beautiful apartment with sea view. The neighbour was there to let me into the house and to help with whatever I need. Owner was amazing and provided me with everything. Bed was super comfortable and sunset from my balcony just amazing.

Before the season not many places is opened in Stikovica so it's good to have a car to move around
