Location

The guy who cleans the pool yelled at me. This behavior is unacceptable! Isolation is very bad, you can hear your neighbors, so if you are not lucky as me you won't get any sleep. I told them they must change my room and they wanted to charge me but I didn't allow it! I'm not paying for a hotel and not be able to sleep. They gave me another room but gave me just 1 towel, as they move it from another room. The reason they asked me to pay more is because they already paid for the cleaning or the sheets so they comprised by moving sheets and towels I used to another room. I asked for another towel but they never gave it to me.

breakfast was good, nice staff pool ... value for money

Hotel was very clean, and rooms were comfortable and getting cleaned everyday, pool was nice, and the location is excellent. The breakfast is decent.

the bar at the pool was closed, i was hoping it would work, because i saw it at pictures.

Room was dirty

Staff were friendly, not too far from the beach. Food options are relatively close.

Clean the room properly, remove rubbish from under the beds. Also, a room for three people should have 3 balcony chairs.

Great price for the location. The woman checking me in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was relatively clean (aside from cigarette smell). The included breakfast has a nice selection of choices.

My room smelled of cigarettes the second I walked in even though it’s supposed to be non smoking. The woman at the front desk had housekeeping go in to check it out and spray. Still smelled but was much better once I aired it out.
