La gentillesse de la réceptionniste, la proximité avec la grande route et en 30min arrivé au shuttle.
Nous avions une chambre pour 3 personnes, il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de toilettes, nous avons du déplier le canapé lit et mauvaises surprise, le matelas était tellement fin qu'on sentait toutes les barres et ressorts.. J'ai fini par mettre le matelas par terre pour essayer de dormir... Et l'impression d'être vraiment en proximité avec les voisins.. Hotel vieillissant dommage..

The decor and the overall condition of the room made my daughter's actually cry! They couldn't have baths as the enamel was coming away from the bottom of the bath and it was sharp. The bathroom stank of urine and the remote for the TV was full of dead skin as well as there being no back to it. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone again after our last stay

The room was spacious and clean, well equipped with tea/coffee maker & tea and coffee bags, the shower had a good temperature.
It got a bit hot at night and there was no air-con; however, we found a fan which helped.

Room was clean bigger than other hotels. And the price we will be back. Free parking. And Wi-Fi. 👍👍👍 That have pay at other places

Un établissement fort sympathique, propre, une équipe très aussi serviable, il n'y a pas eu besoin de batailler pour avoir le lit d'appoint bébé. Une literie confortable et même du thé et du café en sachet à disposition dans la chambre. Que demande le peuple !

Not the hotel's fault but the facilities in the service centre next door are poor. OK if you like McDonalds. Costa closed early as well

the booking in staff was very rude i had booked online via yourself and i requested to pay on arrival wanting to pay cash when i arrived she automatically tried to take the money from the bank account i put on booking. she showed me a sign at checkin saying card payment only and said i should i no.

The bed was laid nicely that was it.
99% of everything I hated. The room stunk of pee. The bedroom was awful. I will never book again. The bad smell of the room, the discolouration of bath. The pee smell of the bathroom and the whole room. Waste of my money
