Breakfast was great, a lot to choose from hot to cold all very nice. The location was central to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the cleaners to the receptionists. A great place to stay and we will be back next year!

It was our second time staying, we went as a group of couples. Breakfast was super each day. It was well worth getting up for. The pool area is lovely, they dont allow sun loungers to be kept for over an hour. so plenty of occupied beds. hot tub is really nice up on the roof with beautiful views. Rooms are clean and comfy. Last year we were looking at a wall and they offered to move us as it was the business next door and had all the noise of the air conditioning units. This year we asked for a view and we looked out over the walkway. sea is in the distance.. Staff were friendly. complex felt safe and secure. The location is perfect right between the new town and the old town... We forgot an item in the room and the hotel rang and have offered to send it to us. I think this is a really good touch and will encourage me return again.

it was nicely situated near all the activity but was still quiet. the pool areas were lovely. it was very secure with card key access to outside

the lounge chairs were hard on the back if you have a bad back.

Good central location near the best Playa del Carmen beach - Chico. Excellent breakfast choice. Friendly staff. Easy access by bus from airport. Lots of shops nearby. Warm swimming pool and bar service always available.

It felt more than an apartment. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant area overlooking pool. Extremely clean. Good location

Bath and shower OK large bedroom

Ground floor patio was very small and was a walkway with people passing all day so no privacy. patio furniture was steel and very uncomfortable , breakfast was OK didn't use pool but looked OK it was overpriced for what it was and didn't live up to the pictures but it it was over the new year period so everywhere at a premium

Great variety and flavoursome food

Lovely place, clean room, comfy bed, spacious balcony, lovely breakfast with different options every day, staff always smiling. Loved the pool and hot tub upstairs! Home away from home!

The most fabulous apartments our room 235 was amazing with gorgeous views over the pool and beyond a delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff we will be back again 🎅🥂❤️🌞🏝😍

My wife became ill at the airport on our way home and was in hospital for 4 nights. Reception staff were supportive and flexible with my several requests to extend our stay as we had missed our return flights and didnt know when we would be flying home. Excellent breakfast.
