Clean rooms friendly staff worth the price we paid good value for money

No lifts but the staff helped taking luggage up.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman whose name is Finik and the young lady in the morning shift

Cold water Noise inside/outside

Staff were very helpful, especially the young man on reception when I arrived, and met my request for a room on the ground floor. His English was good and he made me feel welcome, giving me directions to the nearest shops and restaurants, for example.

The location was difficult to find - a sign or two on the approach would have been useful.

The room was very dirty, no toliet roll in the bathroom, the bed sheets were dirty, and there was a lot of noise. There were broken windows in the building as the building smelt damp the build was on an industrial estate and was concerned for the safety of are vehicle we decided to leave early and not stay the advert on the booking.com is not what the hotel is like I dropped a euro on the floor and it rolled under the bed I went to recover my euro and under the bed was so dirty I left it there
