Views were incredible, heated pool, staff was helpful. Rooms are large.

Location is in a very busy area, if you enjoy night life this is a good place. We were given the wrong room at check-in and had to wait until 5pm the following day to move. The air conditioner cooled during the day pretty well but at night we had to sleep with no sheets or blanket as it heated up fairly quickly and wouldn't lower. Beach at the resort is definitely not the best to swim but there are others in the area that are more suitable for swimming.

All great nothing to complain about

The ocean view was nice. I did love that the hotel was directly on the beach. Pools were also good and casino location was good.

Hard to describe, but never felt staff was welcoming or cared if we stayed there or not. Pricing of the hotel as well as the food and drinks was too much. $20 for a Jack and Coke - really? $10 for oatmeal. For $550 a night one would think you might get a free welcome drink. Nope - we received a tiny sample of sherbet. Tried to sign up for Yoga, but they would not accept reservations the same day.

Facility and position of Hotel is really nice. Strange birds noise was keeping me awake.

They don’t accept Euro cash at reception and the WiFi internet was weak…

Lovely hotel, excellent restaurants, pools and the beach. Parking is very convenient.

Nothing. You get there and the staff is stuck up and rude. It’s like they don’t want to help you at all. You check in, and they told us that they cant guarantee what booking sells to us as far as room location, and amenities. Told us “it’s not guaranteed” Solera was delicious every time we ate there. Food is HOT and so fresh. So very good. Room service staff and housekeeping is awesome!

Everything. They also don’t tell you the wing they stick you in (I called them the “booking.com/third party app rooms) are “under renovation” so the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Full Day 1 : discovered the Fans in the bathroom don’t work (fire alarm went off in our room because of the hot steam from the shower. I had to call twice and listen to it scream for 15 mins before anyone arrived. Maintenance came up, removed something off the wall, put the box back up and left a mess all over the floor Night #2 - no hot water- took cold showers. Called no one showed up to figure it out so we gave up waiting and went to bed. Day/Night #3 - left the property longer today got back so late just went to bed Day/Night #4 - middle of a shower and the water completely turned off. My fiancé stood there covered in soap,I had to call down stairs twice to get someone to come up. They left us sitting with dry soap all over for twenty mins before anyone showed up. And I had to call twice. Second time I called they acted surprised which tells me the first woman did nothing. Day/night 5: water was brown and remained that way for two days. Us only noticing the second day. They keep telling us to let it run but 🤷🏽‍♀️ it never fixed so we are taking cool showers. Day/night 6: a group of 3 got head young me. Arrived got drunk from the point they arrived to 4 am (we saw one making a scene in the resort, he also came kicking our room door and would not stop at 4 am on the morning of our departure. I jumped up was screaming for him to stop. I went to look out the peep hole he covered it with his finger. So I opened the door naked scared and confused and that’s when he realized he was at the wrong door. He was violent and rude. Security came up, I told them which way he went and was told “yes, this happens with guests sometimes they get so drunk they forget the rooms they are in” which definitely concerned me.

Everything was beautiful! Loved the beachside location, several pools with plenty of seating, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. The breakfast every day was superb!

I didn't like having to leave! Seriously we wouldn't have changed a thing.

Very nice resort. Clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Staff was helpful with things to do and places to go during the stay.

Would love if the property was an all inclusive resort. And an all adult property.

Location was great. Private beach, staff, facilities, and views were all great. We asked for a late checkout and they accepted it which was really nice!

There was an issue with the shower faucet and we asked for it to be repaired but it wasn’t fixed during our stay! Parking was convenient but it was hard to find a spot on weekend!

1. El personal del hotel es hostil y poco amigable. Desde el día que llegamos nos hicieron sentir poco bienvenidas. La gente que servia el desayuno parecía hacerlo de mala gana y a quienes uno les hacía preguntas respondía. De forma grosera. 2. Nos ubicaron en un cuarto Justo encima del salón de fiestas . Esto no sería malo si las instalaciones fueran a prueba de ruido, pero esa noche fue insufrible. 3. Nos enteramos por los conductores de uber que las playas de ese sector son muy peligrosas, se ahogan al rededor de 70 personas al año, sin embargo, no hay un solo aviso antes de que uno reserve y no vi ningún salva vidas.

I like everything

I love San Juan. I used to live here. The resort is a perfect getaway inside the city. You can vacation at the resort alone or go out and do stuff. I love swimming. The pools are beautiful. The beach area is great. And excellent beach service with chairs and umbrellas. I loved it here and want to come back. Food options were also very good. We ate at the café and the poolside restaurant and had breakfast in the Loft.

I liked everything. At first the room felt small, but it really is a good, comfortable size. I recommend the ocean view room. It was worth it!

Needs a bit of renovation of the rooms

We enjoyed everything about the resort. We had the best time ever!

If we had to point out one thing we didn’t like was not seeing a hot tub, or a sauna.
