Hotel Arcos Catedral

Great location in the centre of the old town. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely comfy bed. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of pasties, toast and cooked options as well as fruit and yoghurt ect.

I would have liked a mirror above the desk/dressing table to be able to sit while applying make-up and hair styling.

The small hotel is in the centre of the city. We paid for secure parking though on street parking is available. The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the church. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

the staff that checked me in were rude to the point of been obnoxious they argued that I didn’t have a room booked even though I had confirmation from Booking.com that I showed them they still insisted that I would have to pay again …….. after 25 mins stood in reception in wet motorbike gear having ridden 6 hours in the rain to get there they realised they had made a mistake and found the booking I had made and gave me my key !!!! very disappointing to say the least they definitely need to address there customer service
