Very nice great location and view

The property was lovely and clean. There is a perfect deck off the back with Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the ocean. So lovely for my morning coffee and evening wine. The owner was nice and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo , nice location just no where in the description is mentioned that the bedroom single beds is actually a bunk bed which makes a little bit uncomfortable for my 15 years old 6f son.

This was everything I wanted in a short retreat for my very hard-working daughter. Steps from the ocean and clean and well appointed, this roomy apartment was missing nothing that we needed for a getaway from her hectic world. We ate breakfast enjoying the view of the ocean and fell asleep to the sound of the surf. Top notch restaurants were only a short drive away. Don't look any further; this is the one you want!

Beautiful condo that overlooks the ocean and only steps away from the beach. Fireplace and hot tub were great for the chilly April nights. Balcony on the master bedroom overlooks the beach and was the perfect place for my morning yoga sessions. Host was very helpful and available to answer questions/concerns. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful and peaceful view of the Nantucket Sound. Owner was very kind, helpful and organized with his management of the property. Condo was very well kept. Only suggestion may be to install an oven, as only a cooktop and microwave were provided to prepare food. All in all, was a very enjoyable place to stay.

We were disappointed in this unit. It looks like you are directly on the water but you are not. The buildings on both sides obstructs the range of what you are viewing. Also, the kitchen was very insufficient. There was no oven, cooktop had two burners, no dish towel and about 12 sheets left on the paper towel roll. The place needs a deep cleaning and they should put the doors back on the closets. Very unsightly.

We stayed at the end of September '22. The location is great with easy access to all of the Cape. The condo was clean with a well- supplied kitchen. The size is great for 4 adults. Access to the beach was easy. Yiping contacted us the day before with check- in details, and checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was going well. We will be returning!

Condo was a good base for our friends wkend. Some minor suggestions on updating the space, but it's a great location, so it was fine for our long wkend getaway.

This property is all about the location. Steps from a great private beach (not crowded at all). Ocean House restaurant (family favorite) just around the corner. Walkable breakfast and ice cream options and in the best location in Dennis area. The condo is small but suitable for our family of 4 (kids are 18 and 20). Would be tough for 6 but if you’re out all day not an issue. Master bedroom is roomie with fantastic deck. Two baths are well functioning and spacious. The kitchen is small but functional. Great property and we had a great vacation!

This could be a great place with a deep cleaning and some TLC but it was older and dingy. The kitchen needs a good cleaning. There was a lot of stuff in the closets and a bunch of old used soaps and shampoos under the sink in the bathroom. The furniture is an odd mix and the kitchen chairs really need to be replaced. Luckily it was a beautiful week and we didn’t have to spend too much time inside.

Cant say enough good things. Quiet spot with its own private beach. Perfect location. Living area is small but has everything you could possibly need. Nice and clean, huge bathrooms, steps from the beach. Thank you again!

The pictures misrepresent closeness to the beach and there's no way anyone would see the sunrise or sunset from this property. The kitchen and cooking utensils weren't satisfactory, and we bought a can opener rather than use the rusty one supplied (a health hazzard). The microwave was dirty and the control panel didn’t light up so using it was problematic. There weren't enough plates, bowls or cutlery. The windows to the west were very dirty. The under-counter cupboard was quite distasteful with used sponges and used rubber gloves, etc. Black plastic and metal chairs are badly worn. Heavy, inappropriate furniture makes the smaller bedroom an impossible fit for four, and the en suite bathroom's pop-up plug just didn’t work. The glass shelf above the sink sloped so badly that it was useless. For some reason, the closet doors have been removed. There are absolutely no towel rails in the larger en suite, and good luck getting the TV to work. The landlord tells me that all complaints have been addressed, but I very much doubt it. Not worth what we paid.

My husband and I found this to be the perfect location for our stay. The views were spectacular, especially from the master bedroom. If visiting the area again, I wouldn't look for any other property.

My wife and I had a wonderful respite from everyday life, (work and children). Our dog came of course. Nice and clean, easy to get to, a stones throw from private beaches. Off season is perfect if you have a dog and need a retreat from your kids. Plenty of local restaurants within walking distance.

Tons of sleeping space, and the place was stocked with essentials. The view from the master bedroom was amazing, and the beach was perfection. Local shopping plaza was 5 minutes away and had everything!
