empty minibar, very restricted food availability. high price. bar lounge closed at 9 with no available alcohol room service. The staff when I asked them about it were laughing like if what I asked for was out of order. it was as simply as to take 2 beers from the fridge and give them to me. They stated not possible. AC not working.

It was the only hotel that I had stayed with a lift and made me a happy girl. 😊 The room is definitely very spacious and they had all the necessary facilities

I liked the outside space. Unfortunately, there were bees 🐝 coming into the room from the patio, which is not the ideal situation. The staff came in to help to get them out; however, there were way too many. How I wished to sit outside with a beer in my hand and watch the city's skyline. However, it was not possible 😑 The location of the hotel was difficult to navigate

It was sketchy. The staff didnt seem to be happy, the place was not clean, rest rooms were in bad condition. We stayed one night and left.

The pool area was breathtaking. A passenger lift was available at the property. The rooms were clean and tidy. Essential products such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash were available in mini versions which would be adequate for a couple of days. Drivers' quarters were available, free of charge. Breakfast was good compared to dinner as it had much variety of foods and the taste was good too. An electric kettle with coffee, milk powder, tea bags, and sugar packets was available.

The hotel staff doesn't answer calls at all. I tried 10+ times to inform them of our arrival. Nobody was welcome as we were stepping into the hotel, it was very noisy and crowded at the reception, hence we actually could not talk with the staff at the front desk. We barely hear what they said. We had an issue with our final bill as the original property charges are much lower than the rates that appeared on the booking.com site. Even the hotel staff accepted that their rates are much lower than the rates that appeared on the booking.com site, even on the date that I made the reservation through booking.com. When we checked the site at that time, the booking.com rates were accurate with the original property charges. Hence we identified that there could be a delay in updating property charges by the hotel staff on the booking.com site. We immediately informed the hotel staff that we need to talk to their Manager on the same at the dinner time. No responses were received from any of them until we inquired about the same issue again at our checkout, in next morning. The Manager talked to us at the very last moment and he was asking us to make the full payment to the hotel and after that lodge a complaint to booking.com site and get a refund. We did not agree with them as we did not pay for the booking.com site directly but for the hotel only. After a discussion for almost 1.5 hours, the Manager agreed to our argument finally. As we got delayed to checkout, we had to reschedule our entire day plan for 15th Jan which obviously troubled us. We had no intention to make the staff feel uncomfortable but we were very sad as they did not respond to us quickly in the first place. We felt as they were ignoring the issue despite the uncomfortable we went through.

nothing is worth commending about this hotel, except the view from the room balcony.

1) being a 4/5star hotel on booking.com the bar was shut from 7pm. they didn’t serve any alcohol like beer and wine atleast by glass or anything else but soft drinks. the buffet was closed and we had to order from a set menu and they was no flexibility to order out of the 2 proposed option in the set menu. the staff were rude and didnt attend to good customer service or try solve any problem - the rooms are absolutely 1 star worth - bathroom had no facilities of hand towels or bath towel and the rooms was full of insects. and very old fashioned run down hotel.

Secluded from the city with a Breathtaking view, we saw a deer,boars and monkeys and the room was very comfy and had clean bathrooms with hot water and shower+bath tub.... and the pool was very beautiful too... worth the stay👍🏻💕

you have to go down personally and bringup food ordered from outside .... and not a fan of the food in the hotel!

The view from the room was really nice - of the valley. The staff was also extremely sweet and very courteous. The pool was also very nice, overlooking the valley, and quite clean

The room was very average, and the amenities were very basic. The lights were not working, no towels were provided (and only 1 was available even after asking). The breakfast spread was very very basic, and not very tasty.

Room & Bathroom not cleaned well. Previous guest used tissues, soaps remained at commode. Some of the previous guest hair remaining at washroom & Bed. Hot water not worked at all. Some sand spreaded top of the bed and fungus smell running all over the room. Some of the cigarettes' ash layed on the balcony floor.
