Amazing location with a view of the Opera House from the room. Excellent made to order breakfast in a very fashionable setting. Excellent for dinner also. Location is easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and landmarks. Staff was always ready to help in any way. AND an excellent value!

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel looks very beautiful on the outside and all common areas. It advertised a number of services that unfortunately I did not have time to access because of my short stay. Personnel of the hotel is professional and the room and bathroom very clean. Bathroom facilities in general are really good.

The impression you get of the bedroom (at least of mine) is that it is a little bit run down and has need of freshening up. Considering that the structure is advertised as a 4* hotel and the room price is not cheap I think it could be a good investment to revisit the decor and make it a little less basic.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. From the security guy on duty on my arrival which helped with luggage ( big thank you to him ), to the attentive room service staff, leaving notes under my door asking if anything else needed, as i had a DND sign, to the friendly restaurant staff. Amazing room very comfortable, just would maybe have liked a more comfortable mattress, maybe something like memory foam one, but that is also because i have back issues, nothing really wrong. Overall was great, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Location of the hotel in the heart of Odessa. Close to all citysights.
