The staff were nice. The cleaning was very ok.

Wifi, I mean the internet

The room was very well kept and clean. Staf was very helpful and friendly, no issues with speaking foreign languages either. Location of the hotel was amazing as well. All in all would reccomend.

The room was supposes to have 3 single beds, we got one singe and one double instead. It was a bit cramped and small, and the doors to the room were located weirdly, we had some issues with bigger suitcases. The location might've been a bit better as it was a noisy in our room at times. Wifi was free but had very bad signal,

On main road. Can be noisy in the day due to cars outside. If they invest in soundproofing windows then it would help.

Staff were accomodating and gave us a new room upon request. Some of the staff were nicer than others. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

We were put into the garden room initially, which was full of spiders (multiple in every corner of the room) and webs, and wasn't very clean. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, and it was very difficult to maneuver as the entrance, toilet, and shower rooms were all in a tiny corridor. We requested a new room because of all the spiders, and they did move us to a new room. This room was somewhat cleaner, though still spider webs in the celing corners (no spiders though). The TV didn't work, and the shower head was stuck at waist height. Staff were not very friendly, just quiet and kept to themselves. Overall, hotel is desperately in need of renovation. It is quite run down, which isn't displayed in the photos online. Not terrible, but would avoid if we came back to Prague.
