The welcoming fruit platter sent by the manager was a very nice surprise. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good with bars, cafes and places to eat nearby. The room was fairly sized, neither too big, nor too small.

the way the breakfast is served is not the usual one, but the amount and the variety of food is quite good. thou, coffee can be little bit stronger. staff is extremely forthcoming and friendly, location of the hotel is quite convenient

as said, coffee can be stronger. arranging the cleaning of the room should be less complicated. and there should be a way to shut down the light in the bathroom - it is quite inconvenient to have the light switched on 24/7 and especially during the night

The location is perfect because it is really close to city center and to some monuments and mosques. The staff was gentle, kind and thoughtful. Nice and clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended hotel!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel we had the 1st floor Deluxe room Which had a big balcony. Breakfast is really good.👍

As a non smoker we could smell a cigarette smoke from the hallway Entering into our room

We loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in Ankara for 3 nights and from the check in to the check out everything was smooth. We received a room on the 5th floor which was quiet and spacious. Few minutes after check-in we received a fruit plate as a gift from the hotel which was very nice. The hotel's location was convenient for us with restaurants near by. Breakfast was lovely and the service we received from the staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The hotel has an app which was very convenient as we ordered twice room service and received it quickly. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel during your next trip to Ankara.
