The location and breakfast.
It was dated and didn’t feel like a 4 star property. I accidentally dropped my room key and lost it. I went to the desk to ask for replacement and I was charges
d US$20, YES 20 US DOLLARS!!!!! I’ve stayed in hotels hundred of times all over the world and this is the first time I was charged US$20 for a keycard, not Peruvian Soles but US DOLLARS! It wasn’t even disclosed upon check in that losing a keycard will cost me some money!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and food tasty.

The staff were so great! We were only for a quick overnight while traveling for my sister’s birthday and the staff delivered a special birthday surprise the next morning at breakfast. It was so kind! The room was very clean, huge and comfortable. I’d stay here again!
The only slight downside was that the beds weren’t the softest but I wouldn’t let that deter anyone from staying here. I slept just fine.

the place is located in a central part in Miraflores, so it was really close to where I needed to go, and the place is clean and comfortable in general
the breakfast was really simple and always the same, the noise you can hear everythig from the other rooms and they start doing like a plumber work on my floor at 6 am on saturday, the pressure on the shower was totally unstable, sometimes you will get good amout of water and 2 seconds later you will get nothing.
