They have the best staff you could imagine, it adds another star to the 4 star resort. Reception is open 24/7 and I got help no matter the time or stupidity of my request Besides that you've got all you need even for longer stays and even stuff like heated pool or underground garage (paid).

Salt, pepper, olive oil, ... these basic things are missing at almost every place with the kitchen. No idea why as it's cheap and it stays fresh for long periods. Minor bug, more of a suggestion.

Great location and such friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful pool and surrounding grass to sit around the pool. Super to walk to Carlos restaurant for amazing dinner…again fantastic staff and delicious fresh food.

Pleasant professional front desk staff. The cleaning crew for our unit were outstanding. So nice to return to a spotless apartment.

The bed was very firm and though a topper for the bed was provided when requested it only softened the bed slightly.

Excellent size apartment for couple. Comfy bed. Bathroom products in refillable bottles. Very friendly receptionist.

Got a bit hot at night, but could have opened the window or turned on the AC.

Wonderful accommodation! Attentive and very helpful staff. Since we were walking and only staying 1 night they provided coffee pods and laundry soap. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean, large, warm (we stayed during a cool period in January), the wifi signal was strong, the bed was comfy with extra pillows and blankets. We received a welcome drink upon arrival. The apartment is located very close to the Rota Vicentina trail. We highly recommend staying here.

It was a big apartment, nice pool and good location.

On of the bathrooms had some plumbing issues, shower drain was not working and the other bathroom shower was extremely small, kids size 😔

The apartment was very spacious, warm and clean with a lovely view. So happy that I got to do laundry here. The furniture, amenities and attention to detail reminds me of a Hyatt hotel.

The apartment was exceptionally well appointed and laid out. It was a very good size. Everything was well kept and maintained. Spotlessly clean and warm. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us find a mechanic for our car. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Sagres itself is a special location but the village is a bit of a hole.
