It’ a quiet area with good parking options.
I liked the most that it was clean and they do a daily tour in all rooms to arrange beds, dishes and to clean the bathroom.
Also, I liked that it’s 5 min away from the beach and that they offer free beach beds at Santa Maria beach.
Not too much intimacy, as you can hear the other guests taking on the terrace (this applies to the rooms in the main house, not to the ones from the building in the corner of the street).

An excellent stay and the property was clean and comfortable.
Right by the sea and really close to other locations at Pelion.

We have stayed here before years ago. Amazing location and we love the village. Breakfast was a small walk away which was quite nice to do and had the best coffee we had the whole time in Pelion - and some of the best coffee we have ever had anywhere. We had an upstairs room with great mountain view. The village is a lot quieter than some of the other bigger villages nearby - just perfect for what we wanted.
There was nothing on the booking site that said the included breakfast was not on site (I should have read the reviews, because other reviewers commented). But that being said it was a short walk away. We did have a problem with the room not being as clean as we expected - for a 7 day stay it was cleaned one time but they did not clean the balcony so we ended up doing it ourselves.
