PJ Watergate Hotel

Have been coming here for over 30 years and this time felt very happy. The place is a bit old fashioned but you are very well looked after, reasonable price, your luggage taken to your room, good and very well presented breakfast. I am a well traveled mature person. The best is when you take the metro- train you get off at Ratchadewi station walk left and 200 meters down is the hotel on a fantastic little side street with hairdressers, good cheap eateries, foot massage places, laundries etc so you can give work small businesses

Over rated

All the staff are friendly and courteous especially Okam...The location is near to central world , big C etc. The breakfast so tasty.

The cleanliness of the room need to improve because they only change the beddings everyday but they didn't clean the toilet that's why there is a small cockroach. Our room is the last room in the 3rd floor where near to their storage of rug , we can get the rug smell.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel was in a nice location

1) I was unable to pay my bill with a credit card without paying extra charges. 2) There was too many notices about threatening that if you did this or that you would incur a fine. 3) There was no carpets on the floor anywhere thus it was sometimes very noisy. 4) The place felt like it was an institution rather than a hotel.
