Very friendly staff, cute location a bit outside of Canazei, view of the mountains. Nice balcony.

Very tight accommodation, small kitchenette, everything was a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 children 12 & 14. But it all worked from a value for money point of view.

wifi was working great in the room!!! location is superb! - it is in walking distance to the Alba-Ciampac lift and there is an amazing walking path along the river to Canazei. room was big enough for two people the spa was wonderful - 2 saunas and a steam-bath. swimming pool was great - warm at 29C there are 2 BBQs and everything needed to operate them including coal supplied by the hotel. kitchen had everything in terms of utensils (no microwave and oven) but there is everything needed to warm milk for the coffee and to cook on the stove. the terrace is lovely and the view is just outstanding.

there are no cooking essentials - oil, sugar, salt and pepper. although people buy them and leave them for the next people, the hotel removes everything from the rooms, which is completely unnecessary…

The fridge was so loud that we had to turn it off for the night, which was horrible for our food. Good that we had a cooling bag with us. WIFI sucked. On the bed side of my husband it was sowhat working but not on mine. The beds were also very squicky (loud). You instantly wake up when you rotate at night. You can only go swimming if you have a swimming hat. Which you usually do not have. But of course you can buy it at the reception. Why not tell this to the guests beforehand? Also found someone's contact lense at the seat by the table. This place totally was not worth its money.

Close to the ski lifts, access to the swimming pool and sauna, good value for money, we got discount coupons for ski passes and ski school from the hotel. Well equipped kitchen.

Impractical ski room (inconvenient walk with ski equipment from the parking, stairs, distance, lack of ski shoe racks), very small room, could hear neighbours from above a bit too much (not their fault, but rather insufficient isolation of the floors).

Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything from the other rooms. The bunked beds located in the entrance hall, near both bathrooms, with common wall with the bathroom of the next room, so it was like you sleep în their bathroom: any flush you can hear. Only one toilet paper roll for one week for 4 persons. Space in the lobby very small to spent some time with friends.

Good location for the hotel, ski-bus stop in front of the hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

Ski storage room does not have ski-boots drier/heater so lot of people leave their smelly boots outside the door to the room. Cleaning needs to be improved.
