Hôtel Le Griffon d'Or

Le Griffon d’Or was a lovely discovery! This charming boutique hotel is set in a beautiful historic building and combines traditional character with modern comfort and stylish, individual decor. My room was spacious, tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. It was also well equipped, with a kettle, a coffee machine and a small fridge, which I really appreciated. The hotel also has a sauna and a fitness area. Although I didn't use the sauna, I had a look at the fitness area, which had a good selection of equipment. The owners were genuinely warm and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Breakfast was excellent, with a delicious selection of local products. Having a parking space right in the courtyard was also a real bonus. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the historic centre and its restaurants. A wonderful place to stay, and definitely somewhere I would happily return to!

The only minor downside was some rather loud stomping and thumping from the room above. However, this was due to the other guests and hardly something I could blame the hotel for.

Gutes Hotel zum Übernachten mit sicherem Parken im Innenhof. Es sind aber wenig Parkplätze vorhanden. Es waren sogar Ladestationen da.

Incredible venue highly recommended staff were Excellent & hospitality. Parking was excellent Breakfast as excellent 🤍

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Hidden inside a historic coaching inn is a modern and individual boutique hotel with beautiful rooms. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast included a selection of local specialties and was a great way to start thh day. We also appreciated the parking available directly in the hotel's courtyard. The location was very convenient, with the old town and its restaurants just a short walk away.
