We considered it the best view in all that side of Santorini, the hotel was super private with great service, if you appreciate calm and extraordinary sunsets this is your place.

The property sits on the cliff, and our room is on the top of the property with great views of the Caldera and sunset. Since our room is on the top of the property, we are able to walk outside of the property to see the sunrise also. The property manager, Eddie, provides all the information we need from recommending restaurants for dinner, best winery to have a view and tasting, and providing history of the area. The staff is very friendly and nice.

The Afroessa was delightful !!! Eddie warmly greeted us, was a wealth of knowledge and ensured our stay was perfect. The neighbourhood was authentic, many great restaurants to enjoy. The hotel was ideal for walking into Fira or doing the 8km hike/walk to Oía. Eddie and the team offered amazing drinks, snacks and breakfast. The room had a beautiful view off the Caldera and well appointed.

The views from our patio were stunning. An outstanding view of the caldera, Thirasia, Oia. Gorgeous sunsets.
QUIET location. Comfortable room and bed.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and deck.
Did not bother us but limited breakfast offerings. What they do offer is delicious and plentiful.
