Conte Cavour is clean and quiet, not glitzy or glamorous, but in a great central location close to the metro, and run by Antonella who is kind, super helpful and efficient. Bed was comfortable, water hot with good pressure, air con very welcome, free wifi; the block is a solid, typical old Naples residence with large inner courtyard. Take some 20c coins to use the lift at the back of the courtyard to get your luggage up to the second floor!
Tiny shower - but reliable hot water!

Friendly staff! She always had a big smile on her! Extremely convenient location — access both metro and train station within 3 mins walking distance! Oh! How precious it is to have an elevator!
Wifi signal is a bit weak but that is totally ok!

Great air con. A friendly welcome. Firm bed. Warm shower. Clean.
The lift costs 20 cents and it takes only 20 cents coins. It would be useful if the B&B stated this very clearly so that when you arrive with luggage, you don't have to climb the stairs. Also, it is very noisy outside all night - glasses being dumped into trucks and people shouting. Additionally, the inside of the B&B is very dark. The light in the corridor goes on for a second and then goes off. Finally, the bedroom is small and would be difficult for two people.
