Luxury Modern Two En Suite Bedroom Villa With Private Pool. Close To Town.
Pembe Ev ist eine charmante, komfortable und überraschend private Villa, die an zwei Seiten inmitten einer natürlichen Olivenbaum-Parklandschaft und am Ende einer kleinen, wenig befahrenen Wohnstraße liegt. Nur 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt finden Sie Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Sobald die Besitzer dauerhaft zu Hause sind, ist es überall gut ausgestattet und behält ein echtes "Zuhause" -Futter bei. Eine große Pool-Terrasse für das Leben im Freien ist nach Süden und Westen von reifen Oleandern und Bougainvillea umgeben. Eine große überdachte Pergola bietet viel benötigten Schatten in der Sommerhitze und ist letztlich privat. Die Dachterrasse verfügt über ein großes Tagesbett, von dem aus man den atemberaubenden Meerblick über die Bucht genießen kann und bereits zu einem Heiratsantrag von einigen unserer früheren Gäste geführt hat! Alles in allem ist Pembe Ev eine beliebte Urlaubswahl und unsere Gäste kommen Jahr für Jahr mit dem Gefühl zurück nach Hause zu kommen. Eine frühzeitige Buchung wird empfohlen.
Für 2020 wird Pembe Ev umfassend renoviert. Das Haus wird dann zwei Doppel- / Zweibettzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad bieten und komplett modernisiert. The property was just as described in immaculate condition with massive amounts of tablewear, glasses and top quality equipment. The owner Bridget was super helpful and available by WhatsApp in addition to the Villa Manager. We received a very comprehensive brochure detailing helpful instructions and contact numbers. (Quite the best guide we have ever received when renting a villa - and we've rented around twenty in the past). We were there for seven days and with the hundreds of restaurants in Kalkan we ate out every night so didn't use the BBQ, probably the only equipment that was not quite at the same level. The view from the top floor is beyond belief - staggering. WiFi was quick and reliable everywhere except the very top floor where it struggled a bit but not really a problem. Parking is available right outside the villa and as the street is a Cul-de-Sac it is a very quiet street. It's position is a few minutes easy walk to the town and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it.

Pembe Ev villa is just perfection. The location is fantastic for walking into town where there are so many fabulous restaurants.Bridget is so lovely and an excellent host. She obviously takes great pride in the villa and her attention to detail is to be commended. Bridget replies quickly to answer any questions before the trip and has a very informative booklet with interesting facts and full instructions for the villa. The fresh water delivery is very efficient and a must on the hot August days.The view from the upstairs terrace is just breathtaking and a wonderful place to have evening drinks. We absolutely loved our time at Pembe Ev and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Bridget for a fantastic holiday.

Perfect in every wayPembe Eve is a spacious, immaculate villa with every detail well thought out. The outdoor space is excellent, at every level of the villa no matter the time of day you can have sun or shade. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every morning and the mid stay clean was thorough. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and both showers were powerful, excellent storage/hanging space too. The roof terrace is amazing, you get a breeze by day and at night after enjoying a lovely meal at one of the many super restaurants it’s a beautiful spot looking out over the sea with a nightcap. The fridge at this level is very handy too. Communication with Bridget was very good as was the only time we needed to contact Mrs Vildan the property manager for water replacement. I broke a bone in my foot a few weeks before we arrived so the plentiful taxis were a bonus; they would happily come to the villa and drop off for a very reasonable price. This was our second visit to Kalkan, it’s a special place, too many restaurants to list but the standard is high everywhere. We will definitely return again and Pembe Eve would be our location of choice.

Very well appointed accommodation, very comfortable and has everything you need. Outside areas including the pool area well looked after. The views from the roof terrace are amazing!
